The failure of either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any breach will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation and Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. You hereby agree that in the event of a conflict, ambiguity, or a differing interpretation, the original German text shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the sole right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our discretion. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Determining what constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.
